St Lukes Dental Practices

St Lukes Dental Practices

Good oral health is so important to our overall health and wellbeing.  We know there are real challenges facing Tasmanians when it comes to accessing affordable ongoing dental care.

That’s why we’ve rolled up our sleeves to help, because we believe all Tasmanians have a fundamental right to good oral health.

In a bid to ease the pressure on the state’s dental system, St Lukes will begin opening our own dental practices across Tasmania.

The first practice to open will be in Launceston in early-July 2024 and will be housed in the new St Lukes wellness hub at 93 Cimitiere Street.

The second to launch will be in the Shoreline Shopping Centre on Hobarts Eastern Shore, due to open in early September 2024.

St Lukes is currently seeking skilled and passionate team members for our new dental practices including dentists, hygienists/therapists and assistants. To find out more, visit our Careers page.

As a Tasmanian not-for-profit health insurer, St Lukes is proud to pinpoint and act on the issues that are most affecting our community.

We see oral health as an area where St Lukes can make a big impact, as part of our vision to make Tasmania the healthiest island on the planet.

We’re imagining a Tasmania where affordable and accessible dental services mean everyone can have excellent oral health. Now that’s something to smile about.
