Free Skin Checks Terms and Conditions

  1. These terms and conditions apply to the offer which is “book an appointment to get a free skin check”
  2. The offer commences at 12:00pm AEDT on 07/02/2024 and ends on 5:00pm AEDT on 25/04/2024 (or when all skin check appointments have been filled)
  3. Appointments for free skin checks will be allocated on a first in, first served basis through the Skin Smart Australia booking portal.
  4. The offer is available to current members of St Lukes who are over 18 years of age and had joined the free skin check waitlist.
  5. St Lukes reserves the right to check the validity of appointment bookings and cancel those that are not made by an eligible member.
  6. Limit of one FREE Skin Check per eligible member.
  7. Employees of St Lukes and any family members covered under the same policy as a St Lukes employee, are not eligible for this offer.
  8. St Lukes will pay for the cost of the Skin Check incurred with the provider (Skin Smart Australia). No payment or claim is required from the member redeeming the offer. Any costs associated with accessing the offer (travel etc.) are the responsibility of the member and are not covered by St Lukes.
