Linda Fletcher

Linda is an experienced director and legal advisor, with deep expertise in the technology, medical and civil construction industries. Linda’s experience in advising leading Australian businesses spans across multiple areas including information security, governance and compliance, risk management, not-for-profits and strategy formulation and execution.

Through her consultancy practice, Linda plays an active role in helping start-up technology businesses grow from inception through to commercialisation of their intellectual property. Some of Linda’s professional highlights include founding a technology accelerator that contributed in a unique way to the Australian innovation ecosystem as well as co-founding, and subsequently selling her interest in a specialist boutique law firm.

At St.Lukes, Linda also serves on the Remuneration and Nomination Committee and Audit Committee.
