Booking via the Pharmacy Guild of Australia Online Portal
Eligible St.LukesHealth members can simply book via the online portal at a time and location that suits you between 1 April – 31 December 2022. When you attend your appointment present your St.LukesHealth membership card to receive your influenza vaccination, the pharmacist will confirm some details with you such as your name, member number and date of birth. There is no need for you to pay the pharmacy or submit a claim to St.LukesHealth when you have booked through the online booking portal, we have this taken care of through our partnership arrangement. A limit of one vaccine per person covered on the Extras policy applies.
Receiving your vaccination from other Pharmacies
Alternatively, eligible members can still access their influenza vaccination from any registered pharmacy in Australia by paying upfront for the service and submitting a claim.

Claims can be lodged via St.LukesHealth Connect, by emailing general@stlukes.com.au or by visiting one of our Tasmanian Customer Care Centres.
St.LukesHealth will cover a 2022 influenza vaccination, up to a maximum benefit of $22 for each person covered on an Extras policy.
