We know health can be a handful. So we’ve custom built our wellness hubs with only one goal in mind - to make every Tasmanian’s health journey a little easier.

We host a range of sessions, events, and activities for both our members and the community to attend. We also work with like-minded Tasmanian organisations to deliver programs. If you are interested in working with us in our space, get in touch at events@stlukes.com.au.

St Lukes Run & Walk Club – prepare for the St Giles Burn

After a well-received 10-week program, the run/walk club is continuing and gives you the opportunity to train with like-minded people in a program that lets you get going from the fitness and experience level you are starting from.

Build up your stamina and technique, learn how to prevent injury and make running fun with individual attention from a personal trainer to help you progress from your starting point, with the option to sign up for the St Giles Burn on October 20th. 

Drop in and out when it suits your schedule and meet at the front entrance of the new St Lukes building 93 Cimitiere St.

Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on strengthening the core muscles, improving flexibility and enhancing overall body alignment.

This session is a mix of Pilates, yoga, general strength work using body weight and stretching.

Most exercises and stretches within this session have options for gentle through to more challenging levels with consistent cues to help people feel comfortable to work at their own level and achieve success.

Led by Megs from Fit’n’Kicking, an experienced instructor with over 30 years in the wellbeing industry.
