Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS) at St Lukes Dental

Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS) at St Lukes Dental

The Australian Government’s Child Dental benefits Schedule (CDBS) can cover part or the full cost of some basic dental services for your children if you get certain payments from Services Australia.

$1095 in basic dental services can be covered over two calendar years for each eligible child. Services covered under the CDBS can include:

  • Check-ups
  • X-rays
  • Cleaning
  • Fissure sealing
  • Fillings
  • Root canals
  • Extractions

All eligible services under the CDBS will be bulk billed by St Lukes Dental practices, meaning no out-of-pocket expenses for you and your family. If any costs or services are not covered by the CDBS, we will let you know in advance.

Your children can qualify for the CDBS when they are eligible for Medicare, are between 0 and 17 years, and when you or they get an eligible payment from Services Australia. A list of eligible payments can be found here.

For more information about the CDBS contact the St Lukes Dental team on 1300 354 637 or visit Child Dental Benefits Schedule - Services Australia.
