If I already have an Online Member Services account, do I need to re-register?
Yes, you will need to re-register if your Online Member Services account was created prior to 27 August 2020. Registration is easy! Simply visit
connect.stlukes.com.au or click Member Login at the top of the St.LukesHealth website, click
Register for St.LukesHealth Connect and follow the instructions.
How do I log in to St.LukesHealth Connect?
You can log into St.LukesHealth Connect by visiting connect.stlukes.com.au. Sign in to your account by providing your email address and password.
What if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, simply click the Forgot your Password? link on the St.LukesHealth Connect home page and follow the instructions.
What if I forget my username or wish to change it?
Your username is the email address you used to register for St.LukesHealth Connect. If you forget your username, or if you wish to change it, please contact us on 1300 651 988 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
How do I request to add a person to my policy?
You can request to add a person to your policy in the Your Cover section. Once you login to St.LukesHealth Connect, click on Your Cover in the menu next to the Home button above your name and membership number. Then select the “Add Person” button on the People Covered tile.
If your request does not require a cover change it will be processed within 3 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent to inform you that the request has been received.
If your request requires a cover change, a member of our Customer Care Team will contact you within 3 business days to confirm details of the change and your new premium amount.
How do I check my limits?
You can view the most popular limits, General Dental and Optical in the Current Limits tile on the Policy Dashboard when you first log into your St.LukesHealth Connect account. To view all your limits, simply click View All Limits/Usage in the Current Limits tile.
How do I make a payment?
To make a payment with your credit card, simply login to your St.LukesHealth Connect account and click Make a Payment in the Payment tile on the Policy Dashboard. You will have the option to pay either your regular instalment, a different amount or pay your policy up to a specific date.
Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Diners cards are accepted.
I’m thinking of changing my policy. How do I get a quote?
Simply login to your St.LukesHealth Connect account, click on Your Cover in the menu next to the Home button above your name and membership number then click Get a Quote Now in the Cover Details tile. You can also choose to email yourself a copy of the quote. If you would like to discuss changing your policy, you can choose to have a member of our Customer Care team contact you by nominating a preferred contact method or call 1300 651 988 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
How do I update my contact details?
Updating your contact details is easy! Simply login to St.LukesHealth Connect and click on Your Profile in the menu next to the Home button above your name and membership number. Click on the Edit button in the top right corner of the Communications Details tile and make your changes. Please note – changes can take up to 24 hours to reflect in our internal systems.
How do I update my direct debit details?
Contact our Customer Care Team on 1300 651 988 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday, to update your direct debit details or complete the
Direct Debit Request Form and drop it in to any Customer Care Centre.
How do I see who is covered on my policy?
Once you login to St.LukesHealth Connect, click on Your Cover in the menu next to the Home button above your name and membership number. You can see who is covered on your policy in the People Covered tile.
How do I submit a claim?
Submitting a claim is easy. Simply log into your St.LukesHealth Connect account and click Make a Claim in the Claims tile on the Policy Dashboard. Select who the claim is for, upload a picture of the receipt and click submit. It’s that simple!
How do I view my claims history?
Simply login to St.LukesHealth Connect and click on Claims Overview in the menu next to the Home button above your name and membership number. You can choose your claims history for the past 3, 6, 12 and 24 months, by using the drop down box.
Who can see my information?
St.LukesHealth Connect is person-based. This means only you can see your personal and communication information.
If you are the policy holder, only you can view and change information pertaining to the policy, and as well as any children on the policy under the age of 16.
St.LukesHealth Connect does allow you to share your information with other adults on the policy who have a St.LukesHealth Connect account.
Please note – granting permission to operate the policy to another adult on the policy, and access to view and edit personal information in St.LukesHealth Connect only applies to St.LukesHealth Connect. Permissions do not reflect on the overall policy in our internal systems. If you would like to grant permission to operate the policy, contact our Customer Care Team on 1300 651 988 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
How do I give my spouse permission to see my details/make changes?
Simply login to St.LukesHealth Connect and click on Your Profile in the menu next to the Home button above your name and membership number.
You will see a grey “Permissions” tab. Here, you can grant your spouse permission to operate the policy, view and make changes to your personal and communication details.
Each registered user also has the ability to revoke permissions as desired. This can be done in the same area.
Please note – permissions granted in St.LukesHealth Connect only apply within St.LukesHealth Connect.
Can I set permissions for someone not covered by my policy to access it via St.LukesHealth Connect, for example my child or power of attorney?
