As Tasmania’s largest locally-based private health insurer, there has been no more important time for us to deliver on our promise to assist our members stay healthy, get well, live better and deliver peace of mind. As such, St.LukesHealth has made some short-term changes to the way we interact with our members faceto-face in our customer care centres to safeguard our employees, our members and the wider community from potentially contracting Coronavirus (COVID-19).
Based on the best medical advice available, St.LukesHealth will remove face to face service in all customer care centres from Monday, March 23, 2020, until we receive advice that it is socially responsible to reopen this part of our business.
During this time, our customer care teams will be redeployed to our phone centres and digital platform channels to ensure you, our members, continue to receive the high level of customer service you have come to expect.
For those members who interact with us over the phone, online and through our claiming app, it is still business as usual.
